The Baltic Finance Center at RTU Riga Business School was established in 2023 to serve as the key regional independent think-tank, research center and capacity builder in financial services. We aim to be locally embedded and globally connected. Our initial program of work is funded by €1.5 million from the EU Recovery and Resilience Facility.
