EDUCATION AND TRAINING

EDUCATION AND TRAINING

Fostering future FinTech founders
Deciphering the Financial Services sector
Encouraging sustainable business ideas
Enabling the use of cutting-edge technology

We build on our business school roots and develop courses that address clear gaps and stakeholder needs.

Offering education and training in specialized areas of financial services is essential to our role as an educational institution within the innovation ecosystem. Our initial courses focus on undergraduate and graduate FinTech business education, and we plan to expand the training offer over time.

As part of a project funded by the EU Recovery and Resilience Facility, we have developed and are currently piloting a set of courses that offer holistic FinTech business development education.

Starting from 2024/2025 academic year, our courses will be available for integration into existing programs across higher education institutions in Latvia.

The FinTech Business Education course content is based on stakeholder feedback and gap analysis. We integrate regulatory and business mindsets, addressing the need for a balanced perspective, crucial for long-term business success.
