In autumn 2024 the Ministry of Finance in cooperation with other ministries, sectoral regulators and the industry started work on the new national FinTech strategy to replace the previous one. <\/span>To support this process with independent, evidence-based analysis, the RBS Baltic Finance Center has developed a research report “What Should Latvia’s Next FinTech Strategy Look Like?”<\/strong> that will evaluate the implementation of the previous strategy, analyze best practices from other countries, and provide recommendations for Latvia’s FinTech development.<\/span><\/p>\n

The research<\/strong>\u00a0presentation and panel discussion will take place on December 9th from 2:30-4:30 PM at the EU House<\/strong>, 28 Aspazijas Boulevard, Riga.<\/p>\n

The authors are BFC experts and economists Madara Ambr\u0113na, Alexander Apostolides, and Krist\u012bne Dambe.<\/span><\/p>\n
